HPwES ReportThe U.S. DOE has released a report providing a review of stakeholder comments and DOE’s plan for the continued evolution of the Home Performance with Energy Star (HPwES) program.

Wether you’re a contractor or you implement programs, it’s worth a read to see how proposed changes might impact you.  Will changes lead to more streamlined program operations that cause fewer administrative hurdles for participating contractors thereby enabling larger profits and reduced costs? Will they help ensure high-quality, verifiable work is completed? Good questions.

Read the report–and engage in the discussion with DOE and your local stakeholders.
